We are are thrilled that Sam Everard, Founder and Chief Executive of SAMEE charity has been awarded an MBE in the New Years Honours list. Sam received her Shackleton grant in 2018 and since then has become a valuable member of our Leader alumni.

Her well deserved MBE is for the work she has done since 2015 helping disabled people develop employability skills and explore self employment. Congratulations from everyone at the Shackleton Foundation team!
